i love how Obama and Clinton talk of how they plan to change but never tell us Americans. You on the other hand have my upmost respect because you tell us your plan.
P.S- I do believe that if you dont make president you are going to be vice-president because you dont publicly denounce your opponents.atleast hopefully Clinton fails and you and Obama will be our Democratic candidates

"Judge not, that ye be not judged.
For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what
measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but
considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye, and then
shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye." –

Dear John,
In my view you are the embodiment of a new Robert F. Kennedy, as well as a William Jennings Bryan, without the Silver standard issue, I believe you are the vision of tomorrow, and quite frankly i strongly agree with your new economic plan, its almost like a 21st century Green New Deal, I am looking foward to voting for you on february 5th with my fellow Americans, and I do believe that we need a stronger better America for tomorrow and tomorrow begins today!!
-Justin David Mora
P.S. do you know where i can find a place to buy a t-shirt of yours I would like to wear your message on my chest or back and do all that i can help get you elected to the office of the American Presidency!

Greetings from Willie T & Doctor X!
Just want to say that I am very impressed that you haven't taken a dime from the corporations. I was wondering if you would share your views on the proper scope and limits of executive power, with regards to use (or abuse) of signing statements, restoring Habeas Corpus, illegal spying, etc. I am very concerned that the Bush-Cheney team have established precedents that dangerously expand the power of the presidency to near monarchic levels. It will be tempting for the next president (Democrat or Republican) to make use of these tools. I'd love to know what you will do to restore the balance of power between what should be three equal branches of government. If you could please give your considered opinion to my friends and myself at myspace, I would be most grateful.
Sincerely,
Willie T

Hang in there, John! You may not be #1 on the gallup, but you're #1 in our eyes. Maybe Obama & Hillary will knock themselves out with their neverending banter. Thanks for sticking to the issues and keeping what matters in perspective. You're the best hope for this country and you always have my support! - Jess in Philadelphia

Each night I lie in bed; kept awake by worry. America is not what it used to be...the land of milk and honey, the land of opportunity. We are riddled with bad decisions; and bad leadership. Will we survive; we ask?! I wonder like many others; what kind of future, can my children look forward to. I think I am like many people; and I pray to God for help. I think when you started this campaign, it was God's way of answering our prayers. Your message is a message, I believe in. I support you John Edwards in your quest, for a better America, the one we have lost, the one that our forefathers intended. God bless you..and you may not need it....but Good Luck.

Every time I post John's "The System is rigged" video as a bulletin on MySpace, I get a positive response...EVERY TIME. It's so pure yet powerful, and snatches the attention of the former Richardson followers, former Kucinich followers, and some Gravel followers. (There's a reason, a common thread, among those who don't or won't follow Obama and Clinton).
That little ad for Edwards may be the snowball that becomes an avalanche.

As a Union Glazier from Oregon I think that Sen. Edwards is the right choice for me, however, many are speculating that Mr. Edwards has made an alliance with Sen. Clinton to be her running mate if she wins. Any truth to that?

Thank you for speaking for me (someone struggling to pay for my own college and healthcare; someone who works with our nation's hungry and homeless) and for others like me throughout the United States. Hi John, how are youu? I was very disappointed to see you lose South Carolina';s Primary but was very happy to see you saying you still plan to continue. I'm glad you are so determined to fight on til the end. It makes me angry to see how the media only focuses on Obama and Hilary like if they are the only ones in this race. I hope you do extrememely well next Tuesday. You can count on my vote!
Oh I also wanted to tell you that I saw you on the Tyra banks show last Firday. I thought you were great. I thought your answers to the questions the audience asked were wonderful. I'm glad you think college should be free. That is just one of the reasons why I'm voting for you. The other two candidates haven't mentioned anything about the rising cost of a college education. I'm also the first one in my family to go to college. I'm glad you also made a mention to the people living in poverty. I also think the Wendy's tradition you have with your wife is very sweet. I enjoyed learning more about you and your family. I think you are a great person and I think Tyra is right when she said you are a very handsome man. I do agree because I think you do not even look like you are 54. Well enough about your good looks right. I didn't know you had a book out. I will definitely have to go out and buy it when I get the chance. Seeing you on the Tyra show made me like you even more. I wish you the best on the campign trail. Bye!

Thank you so much for the add! I am a loyal supporter, and was a Precinct Captain during Nevada's Caucus on Jan. 19, as well as Permanent Precinct. The rally on Jan. 18. was a BLAST, and I will never forget it!
I am heartbroken that we didn't do better for Sen. Edwards in Nevada, but I'm not losing hope! I really believe in Sen. Edwards message, and it hits very close to home.
My dad, Howard, was a Vietnam Veteran (LRRP). A doctor made a mistake last year (with medication), which caused my dad to be hospitalized in Aug. '07. After 3 weeks in intensive care (and at least another two needed), my dad was forced to leave the hospital because he didn't have health insurance.
He also was unable to get help from the VA, as there is a very long wait list to be seen, so he was left to fend for himself.
Being so incredibly ill, he was obviously unable to work and could not afford to pay his Dr. the $200.00 every two weeks for office visits (let alone thousands for life-sustaining medications), thus the Dr. would not renew prescriptions. My dad stood in line for hours at a free clinic to get help in the third week of November. He wasn't even well enough to be out of bed, but he was desperate.
My sweet, precious daddy was a US Citizen, a tax-payer his entire life, and proudly served this country. He held an MBA degree and was the only family I had. At the age 60, my beloved father DIED - Nov. 24, 2007 - the day after Thanksgiving; THAT'S the thanks he got for serving his country, for being a natural-born US citizen, for paying his taxes, for being in a country that doesn't care about it's veterans, but that seems to jump through all kinds of hoops to accomodate illegal aliens, etc.
My dad didn't have to sleep under a bridge, but he might as well have - he suffered terribly, and was discarded just as so many other veterans have been.
PLEASE - let's not let that happen to anyone else ever again.

The Fed should be raising interest rates to encourage savings. There should be no taxes on investments in stocks, bonds, and bank accounts. Falling real estate values is very encouraging towards allowing the now homeless to better find affordable housing. The original problem was allowing run away currency devaluation. The Fed must manage the economy for at least one percent annual deflation. All margin investing in the markets must be outlawed. Best to require a fifty percent downpayment on all real estate purchases. The sale price of real estate must not be allowed to exceed its tax assessed value. Capital gains taxes on real estate should be at a hundred percent. All health care costs should be paid by the government who may recoup such expenditures based on a families' annual income.

What's going on?
Jan 28, 2008 8:09 AM
Dear Sen. Edwards,
I am a high school student in Southern California who is on a mission for peace. You all will be coming to town this week, and I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to meet you to speak about the need to end American deaths in Iraq. I know you are adamant that we need peace, and your support for this project would be amazing.
I also would love to attend this week's debate at the Kodak Theater and would be thankful if you could arrange for me to be in the audience.
What's Going On? is my grassroots, Internet-based push for peace. I am asking all candidates to take the following pledge:
If elected president, I pledge to end American combat involvement in Iraq as soon as possible and no later than the end of my first term in office.
It's scary how few candidates are willing to give concrete promises to keep Americans from dying in Iraq. But we know the current administration's status quo has to go.
Please consider taking a moment either at the debate or during another Southern California stop to meet with me to discuss this issue that is so vital to my generation.
Please join What's Going On in the fight for peace.

My home state of SC let me down. I guess it is not popular to be a white male in America anymore. W ruined that for us. IF you don't get the nomination I will vote Republican for the first time in my life. I don't get what people are seeing in the other candidates. It just seems like they are are riding the race and gender wave. Along with the media which creates a fictitious drama for TV. Maybe you should show up without your underwear on like Britney Spears and teh media will follow you all the way to the convention.

I am so disappointed in the media and their inability to stay on point with the issues. I am so sick of hearing about race and gender as exclusive criteria for the next president. We need election reform so true candidates like yourself can get more equal air time about what is important to lead this country. I admire your views and tenacity!

Mr. Edwards, if I was your campaign manager I would tell you that if you continue in the direction that we are going with the campaign that we should probably count ourselves out. However, that is probably what your current campaign manager is probably saying, and so if I was your campaign manager I would take it a step further. I would say this to you, in order to get a political revival going here, we have to change our message because its starting to fall on deaf ears, and the celebrity candidates are controlling the airwaves. You are going to need to do some extraordinary things that have rarely been done in American Politics. You have to broaden your message, do things on the campaign trail that can get your image in the face of all the American People. Do shows like 60 minutes, 20/20, CNN, Fox (Hannity and Colmes), heck show the lighter side of your self and go on Def Comedy Jam or Saturday night live and poke fun at your democratic counterparts and the republican counterparts. Paint an image of Hillary being the puppet of Bill, and Obama being a child like you had started to do during and after the South Carolina debate. Paint the picture of Senator McCain, who I will support if you aren't the democratic nominee, being in a walker, and Romney playing to the tune of the Olympic Committee's. Or of Huckabee, praying in the Oval Office that nothing bad happens to him. What I am saying is that you are going to have to take on everyone and anyone and step up to the light to get your name and face on the airwaves. That is how you are going to have to win the nomination. Because while I support you, your message is making airwaves. You are the man that can carry us into the future! And I wish that I could be there to help you along. The only thing I have to offer is my vote for you in the primaries and if it isn't going to be you then I and my family have decided that we would have to vote Republican. I suspect that a lot of Democrats also
