Yo wat it is...??? wats new? i know a lot of ppl goin thru some ups and downs right now so I hope life is treating you well. Thanks man. Basically what you have to do is just catch em early. I usually catch them just a couple steps down. Just learn on like a 3 set to flip them fast and catch em. Basically just try to put your feet on the pedals early. Sounds obvious but it works. Once you can catch them early, its just like jumping a set when you land, except you had an early flip in there. Idk if I described it good enough, if you need more tips just ask.

travels have been quality, so good! seen some ladyboys, which were rather funny, i duno where to start with stories and stuff, im sure ul hear them at random times. we met ben and esme for a couple days before they left, ive never seen anyone spend so much as ben did, 1500 quid on a new laptop,then theres new phones, computer styuff, suits, cds, dvds everything! hahaha. why did he get shucked out. ye leg feels fine, im buying a new skateboard here before i leave, a quality setup is half the price it is back home! ye we should go hit up some parks in the summer, il need a couple topwn sessions to get back to normal skate standrd though.
no more news on the sponsor front? what else you been upto, just working?

damn those times arent so great. might be worth taking a dvd along to focus and see wot they think! My bros good, hes not playing football right now...hes not really doing anything,tryna get himself a job then moving back to america in summer i think.
