I just dropped by to let you know that our friend Nick Romes from American band Thousand Yard Stare will be in London next week and is playing a one-off acoustic show at The Wilmington. He's coming all the way from Arizona so check out his music here and if you like what you hear then come along and show him some love! It's at the Wilmington in Islington on Wednesday 30th May. Steady States	Mar 7, 2007 8:51 PM First of all a huge thank you to everyone who made it to The Cavern last week. What a night!! The place was jumping, you were easily our best audience yet. We love you all!! We raised over a grand for The National Deaf Children's Society so thanks for being brilliant. Secondly, we'll be live at The Miller near London Bridge this Saturday, March 10th. Steady States	Dec 11, 2006 9:06 PM It's the holiday season and the last Steady States gig before Christmas is coming up! Its this Sunday, December 17th, at The Spice Of Life in Soho. Were on early, at 8pm, so youll have plenty of time to get home again! Now I know its technically a school night but you're not lame, right?! The Spice Of Life is really easy to get to, its right between Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road Tube stations. Its next to The Palace Theatre, Charing Cross Road and Shaftsbury Avenue, where Spamalot is currently playing. What a perfect way to start the eight days to Christmas (better than four calling birds)!! Be there or be elsewhere - more details can be found on our page. *Please note that The Spice Of Life is not an Indian restaurant so you should eat before you arrive!!

Steady States	Nov 28, 2006 9:25 PM Dont forget, our very first gig is this Saturday! Were playing at The Wilmington Arms, 69 Rosebery Avenue, Islington, London. EC1R 4RL. The nearest tube station is Angel. Doors are at 8pm and were on at 9pm. Its 5 on the door with a flyer or NUS card, 6 without. Please be sure to tell the door staff that youre there to see Steady States, that way we might actually get paid!! There will also be an after show party at a secret club location in central London and entrance is free. Its a late one and details will be given at the gig.
