There is a new limited edition release by The Milestone Band (consisting of ex members of The Sweetest Ache (Sarah records/Vinyl Japan)).

 

The EP is called ‘Blue for You’ and is available from Edition 59(http://www.vollwert-records.de/start.htm).

Dear Harvey,

I saw you perform "I Don't Suppose I'll Get a Second Chance" and "You Should All Be Murdered" and so many more last night, and underneath the clouds and grey skies of this Saturday, I can hardly believe it! Seeing you and Julian perform together truly was a dream come true. It was too short, of course (I could have listened to you two for hours!), but I am completely and utterly thankful that I had the opportunity to see you at all.

I said it before but what you two have is magical. Your harmonies are gorgeous and your respect and admiration for one another is heartwarming. Repeat performances in future would be so very welcomed!

Been a fan of your music since 'Anorak City', which I still have, and it still plays...not bad for a 22 year old flexi-disc!!!
Still think 'Rio' and 'You Should All Be Murdered' are two of the greatest British Pop singles ever.

Hi Barv, how come you haven't started blogging yet old mucker? I'd be interested to read your ramblings. View it as a means to an ends..or is it one of those things you don't do..like songwriting with your old pals. Not that I'm bitter. Anyway, y'know that graffitti on that blue house in newlyn, well there's more and it's quite rude. Can't tell you what it says but next time you're down there you need to get a big ladder, prop it up against the house with the blue wall, right by that really busy road, climb up and have a look. Very naughty. I'm staying in a place tonight in america opposite a ranch bar where Denis Hopper and Peter Fonda drove down on their choppers to in 1974 after their film premier of easy rider. Maybe we should plan a road trip trip like that around the coastal footpaths of south west england.
