I dont know but when times are this hard and people hare having less and less money there is more of a need for police officers. People do stupid things when times are tough and they don't have jobs and a constant cash flow. It just seems like the worst posible thing to do right now, especially since it isn't even needed. When people put friendships over the need and the safety of people it just really upsets me and if the concil members actually think for the well being of the people they are supposed to be taking care of then this wouldn't even be a problem!
