Gott att höra!

Njae...inte rivits, men det var vattenskada för typ 18 månader sedan. Hade replokal för eleverna i det lilla rummet närmast yttertrappan & det var lagom muntert att starta veckan med att hitta min låtskrivar-gitarr guppande i en stilla lappländsk inomhus-lagun...xI

Nu verkar det iaf som om det snart är fixat, men det tror jag på när jag ser det med egna ögon!

For sure.......Autumn has arrived.. it has trickled in and made a puddle you and i have stepped in........ I can't say I've been very creative.. I have began to write again. I love to explore my thoughts with out a limit.. pen on paper.. endless white covered with emotions... and words that command such patient readers.. Well congrats on the new born.. that is awesome... It's a wonderful experience and truly a gift. I can't say I have experienced it yet but do look forward to the adventure. Now you will have to share mommy for a bit, but that's what the small moments are for.. To remind each other you still got the flame.... torch more like it.. Well nothing new is going on.. same old shit.. I'm getting laid off in Oct.. so that sucks.. I'm trying to work on a way to have something after the close.. but we will see....you know what i mean.. love

I just downloaded a whole page of new songs from your site, but haven't finished listening to them yet; I'll keep you updated as we go.

I guess "Uppsnärjd i det blå" is in Swedish (lovely language, BTW); however, I don't know the lyrics (to learn how to sing along) and I'd like to know what it's about. Is it an original? When I read the song title, I thought it was going to be your acoustic version of Testament's "Urotsukidōji" (from their "Low" album; one of the best that I think they recorded).

If you can figure out how to deliver a copy of each song to the artist that performed/wrote it, I imagine at least some or one of them would reply to you acknowledging they've heard your cover; that alone is worth a million dollars in words. You could write a book about recording covers and next thing you know you're on Oprah (lol)!

You got bumped up to 2nd in my top 8, thanks to the 'B' in buster; falling second to Aurora Falls; a friend's brother's band that also rocks with melody. I just took a roadtrip from Las Vegas, Nevada to Bend, Oregon and back. While on the road (those terrible 17.5 hours; stopping for an hour at Denny's for a double-cheeseburger w/fries & sweet tea, and 1.5 hours to catch a wink on the roadside with 18-wheelers speeding by while cramped up in an economy-level car-rental in which I couldn't even bend my knees to find a comfortable sleeping position without my limbs tingling to sleep), Van Halen's "Jump" played on the radio and I remembered of how much more pleasant your version is to hear and I wished the radio stations all over the U.S. had your Campfire Songs collection. You have got to push your music out there if you don't mind playing those songs over and over again for the rest of your life and being remembered for them; I think it would be a beautiful contribution. In any case, my telling you is enough for me. I'm glad you're not too famous for my reach (the Internet). Thanks for staying humble. Don't stop now.

My instrument of choice is a 7-string Ibanez guitar played through a Rivera Knucklehead II amp head and a '65 4x12 lead cabinet. I want to write/record a hardcore, metal version of my own favorites, one being Grand Master Flash's "White Lines"; particularly the bass lines, but I need the Corey Taylor vocal chords to make it sound right. I'm thinking about publishing my music free online (like you) just to share it with the world and wait for Corey to send me his friend-request so we can record together. :P With all the screaming and yelling and rocking going on; your music is my generation's version of classical music - relaxing and calming; way to go, bro. Existence is glad to have you alive and so am I.
