Guys, massive congrats on the Broken Strings show on Sunday. I'm possibly your most obsessive (though not crazy!) fan, and I was apprehensive about how the show would play out, because your music is something very important to me. Fear not, because I can't even begin to say how completely blown away I was by the performances. I'm so used to seeing your gigs where the energy is raw and the crowd are going wild, but it was fantastic to be able to sit back, and take in the stripped back beauty of your performance. As soon as it ended, I wanted to watch and listen to it again. Fantastic to hear 'Rose' again (saw it earlier this year at the secret Hi Fi bar show) but my highlight was easily 'Broken Bones.' The atmosphere the song created was just undeniably powerful, sitting right up the front, listening to the strings section and seeing Kenny give it his all was just something I never want to forget. Adam and Anthony's guitar playing is so inspiring, and Adam's unreal drumming, along with Glenn (absolute bloody legend) was just a sight to behold. Kudo's on easily, and I'm not just saying this as a massivly biased fan, the best performance I have EVER seen a band give for it's audience (and I have seen a LOT of live bands). All the best for the future, can't wait to hear whats produced on the next record! (And for the Broken Strings CD/DVD!)

Hey guys! Just wanted to say that your gig in Adelaide the other night was awesome, and you definitely deserved the standing ovation :D The arrangements were fantastic - Massive amounts of admiration to you all to tackle such a difficult challenge - Great to see such great musicians stepping outside the square and conquering the challenge :)

The gig last night, was amazing, you guys are awesome musicians!!!!
It's the best concert I have been to in a while, with strings of course!!!

It was a wonderful of idea to do the strings, it gave the songs a whole new out look!!!

Your show on friday the 6th, was by far the best thing i have ever, ever, ever seen!
its amazing how some perth local boys can be so good!
you've definately inspired me and mates.
the orchestra & piano was BEAUTIFUL.
Ian, your voice gave me and my friends shivers!
Adam, guitar was perfect, everything you did, was great.
Anthony fantastic on the bass
and Adam on the drums, one word, wow.
looking forward to seeing you's again :)

fellas all i can say is congrats that was one of if not possibly thje best live shows ive ever seen it was brilliant ian u were pefrect Sparky loved the ukelele anthony looked like he was enjoyin his soft spinny chair and adam fukin perfect sounding drums u over lip synchin britney any day BIRDS OF TOKO ROCKKK!!!!!!!!! and btw i got da first t-shirt of da tour :D hahah
