 Last year I was asked to do a Christmas gig in Reading and it was requested that all performers write one original Christmas song especially for the occasion.
I knew roughly what to expect - three or four songs written about loved ones and peace blah blah blah so I thought I'd come from a slightly different angle and write a song about Christmas from the point of view of a turkey. Admittedly the first two verses sound a bit comical and people laughed but by the end most people had got the message and found it quite moving.
If you want to hear it there's a (quiet) version of it on my myspace page. It's called 'What about me'.

heyy thanx for the add Im probably the only vegan united states marine on here but I support you 10000000000% + 10 :)) I love my life and bein a vegan its to much healthier and morally ethical to pass up this lifestyle Im savin the animals, the enviorment, and have the record for the runtime on my PFT love the page and always got this marines support

Exhaustive list of Nutrients

I have a list of vegetarian sources for every of these nutrients if anyone wants to see that, let me know. I'd post it here but it'd take up the space of like 40 comments. Basically you HAVE to eat greens, beans, nuts, cruciferous veges, yellow veges and mix a couple drops of povidone iodine into a daily glass of water. The iodine is very important. It becomes growth hormone in your thyroid which fuels the growth of your brain and body. It can effect your IQ by 15%! It's mostly in seafoods but seafood is grossly contaminated with mercury due unfiltered coal power plant pollution.
