Melvin*	May 16, 2009 10:43 PM I ended up making a couple of pieces with styrofoam and wooden rods. I hand painted the foam pieces with tempura paint so they wouldn't melt from the spray paint and spraypainted the rods then assembled everything. I had big plans of doing the whole room with some geometric pieces but soon was reminded that quality work takes a lot of time. Despite not being able to really do the whole room, I think my two pieces definitely added a lot to the atmosphere in there. Here's a pic:

It's pretty hard to find vegan food in a restaurant out that way. Vegetarian, a little easier. Lee's China, in Mt. Pleasant, though, does have some decent vegan stuff.
