Hello,
I am a real estate agent working for Coldwell Banker and I just wanted to send you an e-mail message to introduce myself. I work as part of a team of 3 real estate agents who have 40 years of experience in Connecticut. I wanted to explain some of the differences between myself and my local competition so that I can earn your referral business.
It isn’t possible to describe all of the differences between my services any my competition over e-mail, but here are a few examples of our differences:
1. We have an average list to sale price ratio of 97.3%. This means that our team sells homes for 4.2% higher than the average! In addition, we sell our homes in an average of 40.2 days opposed to 66.34.
2. You will have a “true” team of 3 agents working on your behalf. Some real estate agents team up to work on one or two properties, we work on each and every listing together so that your interests are protected on a constant basis.
3. We consider technology and education two of the most important tools which we can offer our clients. Prior to being a real estate agent, I was the director of technology for our company for 5 years. I designed most of the marketing programs that my office now utilizes. In addition, we have been trained for the following designations which benefit you as a home owner by demonstrating that we truly are on the cutting edge of real estate trends: ABR, ASR, GRI, ePRO, Broker, RCC, CNHS. Some of these designations are standard (such as ABR, accredited buyer representative), however a lot of them are rare designations which only a few other realtors in the area have obtained (ASR: accredited seller representative, RCC: Residential Construction Certified, CNHS: Certified New Homes Specialist).
