Your singer is definately the most miserable bastard I have met this year, nevermind, Mikeys cheeriness mair than makes up for his grey bearded sullenness and tales of Oor Wullie getting auld. I canna get Suffering from Scottishness oot o ma heid, cheers Biz .

How are you guys doin? See you've got a massive ammount of gigs comin up. It's frustrating, I've written about half of a new album already and I've got no bloody gigs. When you guys get back from touring, we should play together again, even if its just a repeat of the liquid ship. Hope you're all well.

Hey Mikey, Tom etc...sorry I've fallen under the radar a bit recently, long story which I'll fill you in on at some point...will try to get along and see you guys again soon. Still loving the album and agree with the poster below...the more I listen to it, the more I think I hear - if that makes any sense.Would be good to have a beer and catch up- who would have thought we would all have ended up where we are so soon after all being on the same label, eh?

Keep the spirits up- folk will be listening to DI long after you'se huv popped your clogs. Real art outlasts us.

BROOKSY and the SOUND C…

Sep 13, 2008 7:18 PM

This album is one of significant national importance and re defines the boundries of satire, pathos and the true nature of the human experience from a Scottishness! disposition.

He is truly a bard who shares the same mind space with the likes of Burns and McGonigal and only the likes of Burns and McGonigal.

Outstanding creativity at its best and should be recognised at a political level.

Regards and sincerity
