when i hear the leaves hitting the ground this time of year, i think of nate thomas. why, you might ask? becuase i thought i was the tallest singer/songwriter in the country, but no, no, no. i was sadly mistaken. so what does this have to do with autumn? i could imagine nate waking up in the morning and shaking the dandruff out of his mop, and the sound it would make after reaching termal velocity--since nate is a c-hair shy of 7'--would sound just like a leaf hitting the frozen, browning grass. (in unrealated autumn metaphores, i think im gonna be coming out to LA in feburary...hopefully)
