We need to combine and eliminate all forms of health insurance like medicare, medicaid, workmen’s compensation, and others into a single payer. A single payer does not mean government control and we can ensure that competition among health care providers continues. Under my plan, the individual can pick the doctor, hospital or nursing home of their choice. More importantly, you and your doctor will determine your health care, not the government or a bureaucrat in the health insurance industry.

By doing this we can free up around thirty percent (30%) of the existing health care cost that is being wasted on bricks and mortar associated with the insurance industry, which includes office buildings, administrative and sales personnel, and profit by using the internet to provide customer service, as all business is doing today.
