I just finished listening to lighthouses! its wicked! i love the part especially 3 quarters through with the awesome bends and then the huge riff mash up solo! it sounds great!

I understand man. Almost half of the soloing in Magnetic Mind is improv. I was surprised at how cool the crazy tapping part turned out but I want to redo it and carve something in stone. Same with the fast part; I can't even tell if it's on beat, I just gunned it and hoped for the best. ha. Your improv impressed me greatly man! I want to get better at improv; I feel I am a much better composer than improviser. How long have you been playing?

haha yeah man it shows, youre knowledge of the quick guys is great. i love fast shreddy players and i get PROPERLY criticized for it lol. i had my college audition today and got in, but got no END of shit for my influences :-/ tis good to know theres some like minded players in the area :-) i love it when i get to watch you and adam play its like a little clinic for me! i guess "chops" wise il hunt out the manifesto dvd and work my tits off at everything in college. ive got some serious work to put in  :-)

lol well i like that youre a perfectionist mate :-) but youre always better then you think. your technique is crazy good! hey ive been working though rustys fretboard visualisation dvd, do you know which one i could find to get some gnarly arpeggios and sweeps? hes a crackalacking teacher :-)

hey man, i just listened to Dylans Escape Plan and think its fucking outstanding! youre such a nifty composer i got no problems saying im very jealous! love the floyd work in the solo intro it reminds me of some of my favourite becker bits :-) you should make some demos or something so i can get your work on my ipod!

I'm doing pretty well man. Been focusing a lot on my melodies but I wanna get more technical haha. I just got this new guitar, it's a ESP/LTD M-207 7-string =D haha got it for free, but the catch is it needs like to be rebuilt lol! so I'm making into my project guitar.
It's gonna be rad once its all done! get me some EMG 707's and it will be killa haha
