Karen	Jun 6, 2008 3:36 AM I was listening to NPR's "California Report" on my way to work this AM (I'm living in San Diego) and when their exit music played, which is just a snip-it of sound, I knew - just knew - it was Victory at Sea. Alas, I just checked their website, as they're so kind to list such important information for us music lovers, and yes - it was "The Open Road" from Carousel. Bravo!

I was surfing around Mixi which is the Japanese equivalent of Friendster (not quite myspace because there is not much music) There was a topic in Blonde Redhead community to "suggest other bands to listen to if you like BRH" and this one person listed VaS, Unwound and a Japanese band called ummo/mica which I didn't know until today. http://www. myspace. com/polysicsna nice to find some people who listened to our music.
