A friend sent this quote to me a while back and I have kept it because I liked it. I hope you like it too.
"I find the great thing in this world is not so much where we stand, as in what direction we are moving... we must sail sometimes with the wind and sometimes against it... but we must sail and not drift nor lie at anchor."
Oliver Wendell Holmes said this and it is such a powerful statement because it's true. We have to move through life and not just float through life.

This is from a guy named Norman Vincent Peale and he is so right on the money with this. Such a powerful statement.

I came up with this myself one day and I thought that I would share it with you.
"People will do almost anything to help someone in need. Let someone do something for you so they can experience the feeling of giving."
It meant alot to me. Hope it means something for you aswell.

you witnessed Usain Bolt break some incredible records.
Michael Phelps did the same.
