A Formal Apology:

After waking up this morning and talking to a few people, it was brought to my attention that I was completely out of line last night. I consumed entirely too much alcohol last night, which is not an acceptable excuse for my actions, but obviously impaired my judgment of thoughts and the words I said. There is no way to go back in time and change what was said or done, however, I make a promise that it will never happen again. I was a complete embarrassment to my band, the other bands, and myself. I have absolutely no idea who the people in the crowd were that I said such terrible insults too, and if they are friends, fans, or family of our band, or the other bands, I can not apologize enough. I have nothing but respect for the Killigans and the JV Allstars…They deserved better than that. SOJH has always been a band to push the boundaries of raunchy comical humor, but last night was not funny and completely crossed the line. I hope that anyone that was offended will realize that it is not typical of SOJH to play a show that impaired or say some of the things that were said. It is extremely sad that it had to be on a show in which it was Eric Mello’s final performance (A very good friend who has inspired me and made me a better bass player throughout the years) and also the night of our new album coming out. I hope anyone there that was offended reads my apology and can accept that everything I said was non-intentional and I do not believe in any of what I said. Once again I am forever sorry.
