Il giovane Dylan Hermelijn viene affascinato dai ritmi acidhouse.Presto si compra una RolandTB303 e assieme al DjDano, ossassionato dalla RolandTR606, registrano innumerevoli mixtapes che in breve tempo li lanceranno nel mondo dei wharehouse party dell'etichetta 'LowerEastSide Rec'.Il progetto 'Edge of Motion' realizzato con GertjanSchonewille getta le basi per il sound della “Djax Rec” etichetta su cui uscirà la hit 'SetUp707';in seguito Dylan apre con Sandy Huner la “100%Pure Rec” che produce artisti del calibro di DerrickMay, SteveRachmad, OrlandoVoorn, Jerome, SpeedyJ.Come produttore Dylan firma le sue tracce con diversi pseudonimi, EdgeOfMotion, 2000andOne, Mindscape e BabiesFromGong, passando dalla techno all' electro, ambient e drum&bass.Dopo 3 anni di pausa, passati a produrre colonne sonore, nel 2003 ricomincia a prudurre con la “100%Pure Rec.”. Nel 2004 esce 'Dilemma', inno ibizenco prodotto da Shinedoe seguito da 'The return of' suonata da LaurentGarnier, DerrickMay e Deetron .
Nel 2005 apre con Shinedoe 'Intakto Rec' dove pubblica ‘Sunday' poi licenziata da Luciano per il suo MixCD su “Soma Records”.Nel 2005, 2000andOne, fa uscire 'Adonai Elohim' traccia scelta da Sven Väth per la raccolta ‘The sound of the sixth season'.Le ultime produzioni della Intakto vengono suonate e rivisitate da artisti chiave del panorama dance mondiale: RichieHawtin, FrankLorber, Luciano, Tiefschwarz, BookaShade.2000andOne si esibisce sia dal vivio dove il suo sound si avvicina ad atmosfere Detroit combinate ai groove di Chicago, mentre dietro i piatti esplora i confini della minimal melodica tedesca influenzata dai di groove di Detroit.
