Mark Dignam has been bumping into Paul Luc and Ben Shannon a lot, at Treelady Studios, where they are all working, on their upcoming albums. They admire each others work so much, they decided to put together what promises to be, a mini singer/songwriter festival.. Watch for special guests and a very memorable night at The Rex Theater, 1602 East Carson Street. Pittsburgh, PA 15203. 8pm. $10.

Hi there!
My debut novel,
The Cuckoo Parchment and the Dyke
, has just launched. If you get a chance I'd be grateful if you'd go to my profile to find out more. The story's about Dada, art and artists, and the attempt to instigate revolution by means of art.
Thanks and take care,
Michael

Yeah, I heard about it already! Elizabeth and I are taking a fiction workshop together right now, and she emailed me to ask what the Acoustic Mafia was. I didn't know that anyone really knew that phrase except for us.
Nice interview, btw.

Just finished The Second Elizabeth. You write like a juggler, which is entrancing and fun to read. The small slice about your parents managing Vietnam was paticularly striking. Well done, I'm glad I got to read it.
