awesome work here. This would make a great investigative report for 20/20 or nightline or something. I can see the headlines now... "Thousands of Guides Misled by Creator of the Personal Touch Search Engine, Cha Cha"

Even though I am a guide myself, I prefer hearing the good and the bad information. I don't like the rosy picture that is painted by cha cha. It's egotistical to refuse to admit one has faults.
