Well Joe and Chris wont be back from Dublin and I'm saving my money for taxi's to and from the Rosetta for following night for our own gig with a million bands! Mind you the way it's going we might get kicked of the bill for insulting the gig organisers!!!

Well may be not them speakers, but in the manual it says, for speakers gives the 450watts. 2 speakers gives 300watts. I must dig out some info on the model to see what way your supposed to hook up extra speakers. What ohm's is the peavey speakers?

So ask Dave when your practicin? Ok then I'll get Joe to, I don't have Dave's number.

Na it wont blow, wasn't worried bout that I had it up full whack to reveal noise!!! I just know it wont give anymore clean volume without more speakers which is a shame. For the mean time you could hook that other bands speakers into it if you have more speaker leads running them paralell outta our speakers, an idea? Whens ye all practicin? I was gonna call up mid weeks again and fix stevey's amp.

Oh aye, it's set up and all, just take a mic from somewhere, theirs where still there, ours are on the side at the wooden shelf thing (Dave's amp side of room)

If you can squeeze any more outta of it nice one, but the way I have left it is all I could do with out noticeable noise and feedback. Think we used the 1st or 2nd channel. The effects are on the back in a complex mind boggling switching system that has take a while to get the nack ok, the levels for them though are on the front, you can mess with them if you dare!!! I just left at at something subtle as it was doing my head in trying to figure out how to get extreme changes.

Yeah got 'em up, matched pretty close the volume of the other big P.A. iT read out on our p.a as clipping but I think we can get away with it as it sounded ok to us. I doubt more than 1mic would be successful at the volume we had it, it would probably distort and feeback and all sorta of shit so we'll stick with it but you guy's might need to get something else. Had we another 2 8ohm speakers we could tap another 150watts out of it which I'm sure would rectify the situation as it would allow another mic, and more comfortable limit for the amp. As I said it was peaking and clippin on it's metre despite sounding ok.

Of course they're being stroked, even if it can't take as much as a SM you still get 3 mic's for the price of a 3rd of a SHURE!!! It's all down to labels' same as trainers mate!! Just cause it's nike doesn't mean its necessarily gonna do much more than a pair of comfy Hi Tec!!!

I've never bought Seymour Duncan's cause you can buy other brands of pick-ups that sound as good. I've tried Dimarzio and Duncan's and I don't know why they're a good £30 more expensive than say Kent Armstrong Pick ups or Bill Laurence pickups or GHS pickups or Irong Gear pickups. At the end of the day it all comes down to what you like, but it's a well documented fact that big brands can rape you on the basis of their name and rep alone.

Yeah well even if they were just below the Sure's they already work out better since the were so cheap!! I wouldn't try clipping the mic's, but if you still need convincing try doing what you did with Joe (sure Mic 1st then swap). May be the Sure will better suit Aaron. I already said before we used SM58's brand new outta the box up stairs and they never sounded as good to me. Then what the fuck do I know, are band does everything wrong!!

Oh ok I know what ya mean now, you mean our page is freaking out on your computer??? I think thats all down to individual machines, seems fine here. Or am I not getting your msg correctly here.

Just so you know, the space sound was very good, frighteningly much better acousticly than the previous shit box, Chris drums sounded good there, I was loud as hell and them other too were audiable also, in fact I could tell Joe was uh singing. Really glad that happened. I'm heading over during the week someday to try out our p.a, will let you know when so I don't come roun' when you lads are using it.

Thought the mic's sounded good also.

my ice bell, aye sure man... it's craked that's the only thing so u won't get the perfect sound out of it! No man, the £65 was just for the vinyl sticker, I had to buy and cut the Ring-O myself. On a new skin so all in all it cost me around £100 total!
