I don't know if anyone still reads anything anyone posts on here, but you guys have been the most important impact on this band spiritually and musically.  You guys never compromised and held true to what you believed.  For me that was a huge influence and your guys' music inspired me to write the music I do.  Thank you so much for investing those years into making a statement as bold as you did.  It really affected us.

P.S. We're all really looking forward to the DVD and hoping it comes out before we go on tour so we can watch it on tour!!!

I went to your 2nd to last concert!!!!!!!!!! It was amazing! I think it was at Mount Oak Church in Mitchellville, MD. Well you guys are awesome.

to whichever one of you runs this page;

i'm just a fan who would like to express his deepest thanks to you as well as the rest of the band for all you have done. though FIF has long deceased, it is a constant inspiration and source of encouragement for me. i would not have been able to get through the first year of college if i hadn't had you all to get me through it through the music. though i only found out about you all a year and a half ago, you have become one of my all time favorite bands. if it hadn't been for FIF, my music would also not be half of what it is (being a largely unknown artist, i know it doesn't mean much, but it means a lot to me). thank you for your time and i thank God constantly for what you and your bandmates have done.

Hey FIF!!!

I'm so excited for the DVD.  I remember first listening to you guys when my older brothers did and thinking it was so awesome.  By the time I discovered you guys you had "killed yourselves."  But you will live on as long as you music keeps playing and I pray that is a very long time.

ugly day sun is shining; every clouds got a silver lining ugly day skies are blue now every day is ugly without you....i don't know why but ugly day can always put me in a good mood and make me laugh (usually) uncontrolably...lol

sucks...i didn't find out about yall (or ska) till 2003 the year yall broke up from my math teacher in 7th grade lol
and yall have inspired me to want to start a ska band :D

I love, love, love you guys!! You were my first favorite band back in the day of Upbeats and Beatdowns, and then i got all my FIF cd's stolen and didnt listen to you for years. Then the other night i had a dream with Untimely Death of Brad in it for some weird reason, but short story long, i now have all your cd's and they have been playing pretty much non-stop for the last week and a half =) Thank you for the great music, and you are missed!!!

the funny thing about Five iron being my favorite band is I was only 3 years old when it was formed.
my older brothers listened to you guys all the time so eventually I did too :)
