Per tutti gli amanti dell'elettronica, questo capodanno a Roma, il BIG BANG (ex ZOO BAR) offrirà una vasta rosa di artisti della scena Drum & Bass di calibro internazionale. "SUBCULTURE" e "BLACK SEEDS", due etichette discografiche italiane, per la prima volta insieme daranno vita a una serata dedicata alle basse frequenze partendo dalla dubstep, passando per la minimal house, fino ad arrivare ai suoni piu scuri della Drum & Bass; ospiti dell'evento saranno il collettivo inglese VICIOUS CIRCLE, noti per le loro uscite sulla storica label "RENEGADE HARDWARE", OPTIV dalla svizzera, componente del noto gruppo CAUSE 4 CONCERN e dell'omonima label. Ad accompagnarli nel main stage, gli italiani MAZTEK, NOXIUS, AEPH e DABS seguiti dalle proiezioni di Kalu & Fat Cat; per chi non ne avesse abbastanza la seconda sala vedrà alternarsi in console l'ormai consolidato collettivo romano promotore delle serate VIRAL e i giovani LUST 4 WATT, che vi intratterranno con i potenti bassi della Dubstep.

Quale locale migliore per celebrare il capodanno se non il Big Bang che sarà allestito appositamente per questa imperdibile serata.

Continua il tour del trio più incendiario del 2010. La band campana
porta in Puglia il suo acclamato album d'esordio Crawling In The Rush
Hour. L'album è uscito ad ottobre 2009 per I make records e in breve
tempo sta conquistando la stampa indie specializzata. Motivo? Semplice,
è un album in grado di rendere felice qualsiasi amante del rock:
sofferenza, cupidigia, melodie attraenti, riferimenti agli anni '80 e
sguardi verso il futuro del genere sono gli ingredienti di questo disco
che mette d'accordo tanto i metallari quanto i grunger. La scrittura,
prevalentemente scura e malinconica, dà vita a un concept dal tessuto
ritmico destrutturante e potente. Sarebbe un vero peccato perdere un
loro live.

A partire dal mese di Gennaio all MMB Club si affiancheranno alla programmazione delle più interessanti realtà del panorama campano anche una serie di eventi in cui avremo il piacere di ospitare band da tutta Italia che hanno scelto l' MMB come destinazione napoletana dei loro tour nazionali..

Venerdì 4 dicembre 2009 Subculture music è lieta di presentare per la prima volta a Roma nel suggestivo Init club Future Signal un trio Inglese che sta conquistando rapidamente le charts drum & bass mondiali. Per questa serata abbiamo deciso di non accontentarci di un solo special guest infatti il trio sarà affiancato da Dabs (direttamente dall'Australia) uno dei producers italiani più attivi nel panorama internazionale, nonchè dai djs resident della serata subculture ovvero Maztek, altro producer capitolino molto attivo nel panorama mondiale, Kalu un audio/video performer dalle note qualità e Mc Shot che ci stupirà come sempre con cariche di energia sullo stage. Questa ricca line up sarà condita da un allestimento che non sveliamo realizzato appositamente per questa data. Inoltre sarannò regalate 100 copie del secondo vinile targato subculture music ai primi 100 che raggiungeranno il locale.
Un party esplosivo con una line up da non perdere!

Dopo decisioni sofferte, sacrifici, sbattimenti, incazzi… in una logica blood, sweat and tears, e’ finalmente uscito come si diceva una volta “nei migliori negozi di dischi” l’album d’esordio dei Did: Kumar Solarium. Il disco oggi è disponbile in una versione digipack con grafica esterna e del booklet red e green (per intenderci come gli occhialini da cinema 3d, ve li ricodate???) visibile con delle gelatine che sono all’interno della confezione.
