Skatepark of Durham, NC	Sep 11, 2008 7:27 PM The skate park is planned for the southeastern corner of the park, and the design integrates the Rigsbee Pavilion long-planned for that corner of Central Park, while fitting around the edge of the Great Lawn section of the park-in-progress. design meeting on September 30, 2008 7-9pm I am sure that everyone had figured the project was dead, but no! The park project has been slowly making its way through the City process and we now have a design/build contract signed. So now we move forward. First step is to get feedback on the initial design at the meeting on September 30th.
