so i don't know if you heard or not but i'm QM3 Campbell now! made it on my first time. and i'm over here in Norfolk on a LHD and i'm loving it. except all of the Marine guys take up all the space on the ship...but other than that it's pretty great. i'm leaving for a 7 month deployment in may...i'm pretty excited.

So Hey, not sure if you had already thought of doing this or not, but on Apr. 4th and 5th I believe is Emerald City Comicon. Some buddies and I are hitting that up, figured I'd cast out the invite since I know you'd enjoy alot of the technical stuff involved as much as I would. No doubt... I love the ones running around saying I'm an ANAV and then get torqued if we say we're Nav ET's... Last I checked ANAV is an NEC just like 3328, 0000, 3324, etc... Hypocrites!

Yeah, it's a pretty rough duty station! Seriously, though, it's a pain in the neck going from Maine to Hawaii....shipping the second vehicle, doing the pet quarantine, etc....but it will all be worth it once we get there! Hopefully we can stay out there for shore duty.
