Sorry to say Hickory passed away.  I received an email from his daughter Alexandria.  He was a great man and will be missed by his friends in Jackson TN.

Hi Hickory. Heard you and your wife on 101.5 again. You folks seem so nice. I had to laugh, that silly ole Dan doesn't understand some of the things ya'll say. hahahaha I hope you have had a pleasant stay here in Jackson, TN!!
Sure has been hot tho. lol I wish you had brought some rain with you since you said you had more than enough when you left home.

Just saw this and snipped it out. But heard on radio it might get up to 105 next day or so. And will be like this for next 7 to 10 days and no rain in forecast. :( My flowers are burning up! I think I will just quit trying to water them and give up till next yr.
