It's 263 phillip street in waterloo in East Campus Hall.
I've included two sets of directions one for the highway one that doesn't use the highway.
If you get lost or have any questions my cell number is 519 242- 6009
It's starts at 530 and goes until 830 but if you get there early thetre will be food and drinks
