The Joshua Generation Ministries™ - The King's Queen: Who You Are In God!, Part 4
In continuation from the previous message...
Now comes the real challenge! Phase two of your ascension is your coming to the forefront. Looking in Esther, chapter 3 and 4, Haman (the Jews' enemy) had an edict passed declaring that all Jews would be destroyed. This was based on the fact that Mordecai (Esther's cousin) would not bow before him according to the king's commandments. Haman, then, went to the king and received permission to put his plan into action. When Mordecai received word of Haman's plan, he was grieved.
As the news of this edict was published throughout the entire kingdom, Esther sent word to Mordecai to find out what was going on. He informed her of Haman's conspiracy against the Jewish people. He told her to make this information known to the king.
She sent word to him, letting him know that there was an appointed time for everyone to go before the king. But Mordecai stated that being in the king's house didn't mean that she would be exempt from the fate of her people. He told her that if she refrained from saying anything, their deliverance would come from somewhere and through someone else. The point he wanted to make to Esther was that she needed to consider the fact that God could have raised her for such a time as this...

The Joshua Generation Ministries™ - The King's Queen: Who You Are In God!, Part 2
In the Book of Acts, chapters 1 and 2 , the disciples of Christ were instructed to remain in Jerusalem until they received the promise of the Father (the Holy Spirit). Among those who were in the upper room (in chapter 2) at the time of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit were women (Acts 1:14). When the Holy Spirit filled the 120 disciples, Peter came forth saying, "...this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel, '...and it shall come to pass in the last days [says God], I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and DAUGHTERS shall prophesy...and on my servants and on my HANDMAIDENS I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy...and it shall come to pass that WHOSOEVER [meaning man, woman, or child] shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Joel 2:28,29; Acts 2:17,18,21).
Women were (as a result of Christ's atoning work and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit) now received as joint-heirs with Christ as well because "...the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him..." (Rom 10:12). Paul states in his epistle to the Galatians, "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for you are all one in Christ Jesus." (Gal 3:28)...

The Joshua Generation Ministries™ - The King's Queen: Who You Are In God!, Part 1
"Mirror, Mirror on the wall...who's the fairest one of all?" This is a quote from the Disney fairytale, 'Snow White', in which the queen asks her mirror to tell her who is the most beautiful of all in the kingdom. The problem here is that the queen is questioning the outer appearances. On the other hand, the mirror appears to be considering both the outer and inner beauty, with more emphasis on the inner qualities.
When we consider this famous scene, we tend to overlook the fact that a spiritual truth may very well be hidden within the context of the movie that is waiting to be revealed. We often (as the queen does) look at the outer appearance and almost instantaneously form prejudices against others based on what we see. God, however (as the mirror does), looks at and reveals the true nature of the person. Regardless of the person's status in the eyes of man, God looks at the person with regard to who that person has the potential to become.

The Joshua Generation Ministries™ - Now What?!: Man's Responsibility, Part 5
In continuation from the previous message...
Imagine what might have happened had Joseph chosen to become a victim of his circumstances. He realized that it did not matter what his circumstances appeared to be, but what was important was how well he responded to them. Had he taken the wrong action, it could have altered his course tremendously.
How many of us have made wrong decisions? The truth is we all have. We must accept the responsibility for whatever consequence that was born from it because of our responses or reactions. We each have been given a purpose for our lives. We, within ourselves, do not have insight as to what our purposes are. However, every man is held responsible by God to diligently seek Him in order to find out his purpose for existence.

The Joshua Generation Ministries™ - Now What?!: Man's Responsibility, Part 4
In continuation from the previous message...
This brings us to our main character of study: Joseph (Gen. 37, 39-47, 50). Joseph was well favored by his father because he was the long awaited firstborn to the wife he truly loved. This preferential treatment of Joseph caused him to be alienated by his brothers. To make matters worse, Joseph began having dreams in which he held a position of authority wherein his brothers, along with his parents, were subject to him. It was one thing to dream, but to have a dream wherein you are superior to others (his brothers) who already have an intense hatred for you was another.
Joseph's 'mistake' was one common to the mistakes of men today. We tend to tell some things given to us by God that should be kept to ourselves. We forget that there are some people around us that are not going to share the same enthusiasm that we have about our dreams of prosperity.
In the situations of our time, men have allowed themselves to become prisoners (victims) of their circumstances. In Joseph's situation, he was hated by his brothers from before. Even his beloved father scoffed at the idea of being subservient to his son. At that moment, Joseph could have allowed the negative reaction of his brothers to dissuade him from fulfilling his destiny. He could have also allowed the harsh words from his father to settle in and change his entire future. Yet he made a conscious choice to believe in himself. He also made a conscious choice to believe in God's supernatural ability to bring his dreams into reality.
