I am confused as to why it says it is your birthday today. I don't peg you as someone who would care about publicizing your real birthday on Myspace. I would love to leave you a real birthday greeting, but I am just too cynical about this whole thing. Convince me!

Oh, and if I'm wrong. Happy birthday, Finishing School!! There, now I feel like a SUCKA!!

ARTWORLDVIRUS.COM
showing at IAO Gallery, Oklahoma city Aug 3-24.
Symbiosis, Opening Aug 3, 6-10pm

Cure for art scene caught between the will to influence society and the realization that it is impotent in politics.

A piece that suggests the notion that the art institution is so ineffective, so wholly devoted to the obsolete, that one would need a special high-tech detector to tell if anything serious or substantial is going on there. So it detects something substantial.

Exposure to bacteria helps us fight bacterial disease, social fobia is beat by intentionally exposing ourselves to social situations and the fear of bioterrorism and pandemic viruses is overcome by intentionally exposing ourselves to art.

Ed,

Tell Chris that the image of hot women in bikinis in a video purported to be an interview of Finishing School is seriously misleading. I have an idea: you guys should be in bikinis when Chris interviews you. Or at least you should be shirtless. Ok, there goes my shirtless joke again!!
