lady miss wuKitty Wu	Nov 1, 2008 5:55 PM i'm gonna make my way over there after the Dia de los Muertos exhibit... did you see this yet? this month's issue of SOUND magazine has a fabulous 8 page article about 206 Zulu. the article is written by Miss Katelyn Hackett of seattlest. com fame, one of our fav city blogs. entitled NATION BUILDING, it is a great look at what it is that we really do here in the Northwest. i love it...and i think that the cover title is CLASSIC. lolz. we are soooo mysterious... this issue also features my cousin Onry and his Gigantics and a review of Jake One's White Van Music. sweeeeeet. what a great issue to be in! check out http://www. seattlesoundmag. com/november-2008/ to read the entire magazine online with the java. very cool how they do that every month. a huge thank you to Katelyn Hackett for really getting into this article...o...and thanks to Hayley Young for the lovely photos! here's one of em:

A professional theatre training production for actors age 14 to 21 Rainier Valley Youth Theatre and BROWNBOX Theatre join together to create an original, world premiere adaptation of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream . Adapted by Kathya Alexander and directed by Tyrone Brown, with music inspired by OutKast, choreography by Justice Beitzel and assistant direction by Adrienne Green, this DREAM will be set in the Rainier Valley and focus on African American culture. Work with some of Seattle's finest theatre artists - act, dance, move, create costumes & more - and finish with 7 public performances at the Rainier Valley Cultural Center.
