So basically I want a Chch where Tony Milne is on the council and Dr Megan Woods is Mayor! No road through city mall, and parking that doesn't cost $2.50 an hour. Also more karaoke Gay Bars. I'm loving the rainbow heart love and tried to add it to my page but I don't think it worked :(

Green Eyed RogueIan Reid	Apr 24, 2007 9:46 AM I think that councils should have nice buildings, they should be a center point of the city they are in :D And yes riccarton rd is very bad, but buses are already too expensive, although I do like the metrocard thingy where you get discounts, light rail would be expensive, but if planed right would be a great idea. Maybe under ground rail would be a better idea though? less space taken up where space is needed :) And removing mis mangament is always a good thing LOL i don't knwo what the plans for the council building, but I still beleive the one that they have now is disgusting, unless the one i've seen isn't the main one? the one i've seen is near the sockburn roundabout :D Ian. :)

In all truth I know very little about how the chch concil runs the city, as i've only just moved here, came from selwyn in Feb and so long as chch isn't as pathetic as the selwyn concil i'll be happy with them for a while lol Ian. :)
