Umlauts - as a general rule, there is ambiguity in the transliteration of umlauts (the vowels a, o, u 'with two dots on top'. In central Europe, these are usually transliterated as ae, oe, ue. There is some logic in this because the umlaut characters originally were ligatures of these letters, like in the French word oeuvre. In North America, the preferred transliteration is a, o, u -- just omit the dots. Some Scandinavian characters pose similar transcription challenges.

JUDE 1:9

BUT EVEN THE ARCHANGEL MICHAEL, WHEN HE WAS DISPUTING WITH THE DEVIL ABOUT THE BODY OF MOSES, DID NOT DARE TO BRING A SLANDEROUS ACCUSATION AGAINST HIM, BUT SAID, "THE LORD REBUKE YOU!"

CONVICTED IN MY HEART DUE TO THIS POWERFUL REVELATION THAT I NOW SHARE WITH YOU, OF BOTH HOW TO AND HOW NOT TO SPEAK TO SUPERNATURAL FORCES.

I HOPE THAT THE NEXT TIME YOU GET A VIST OF THAT NATURE THIS SCRIPTURE HELPS YOU DRIVE OUT THE UNWANTED VISITOR IN THE AUTHORITY OF JESUS NAME AMEN.

Life is good at Ashmont, except around this time of year, when they put a hat on me and think it’s funny. I suppose it’s a small price to pay for food in my belly and a roof over my head.
