hi margo. i love your writing. i never thought anyone could write about writing programs without being cheesy until i read "How to tell a story." I recite the last few lines of that story to myself all the time, when I'm trying to figure out how to end a story or essay or poem. I'm a writer too, but i'm in the submit-and-rejected category at the moment. I hope someday we can be friends when i'm a famous writer too. :)

Dear Margo -
It is a pleasure to meet you. You most definitely piqued my interest -- arriving, as you did, with all your stars blazing. I read the Amazon stuff, but what convinced me that you are the real deal was your blog. I look forward to reading CURES FOR HEARTBREAK.
Blessings,
Cat

Margo! I just finished your gorgeous novel and now I’m bawling my eyes out. It was so good I read it in two days—I couldn’t put it down.
And I didn't even notice those acknowledgments until the end of the book. None of us would be Schmeltas without you. I’m thrilled dizzy to be in your writerly sisterhood.

Having a baby has been wonderful and scary and boring and exciting and nine million other things, all at once. Molly's been teething since she was four months old. Pray for a late teether! It totally sucks! She lays in her cosleeper holding her tiny face and moaning and it is so very very sad.
You know, I don't think our Random rep gave us a galley of your book, which looks really good. If you happen to have an extra arc lying around (our owner likes us to read before we buy if we can), let me know and I'll message you our store address. Otherwise I'll just order one to read anyway.
