This compendium of illiterations, art, literature and journalism is a compost pile of fermenting illiterati to toss onto the garden of your imagination to further fertilize it to yield a bounty of ideas and free thought. It breaks rules as it does not recognize good grammer in some instances as the final authority over random thought. The words and art herein hopefully fall from an imaginary pinata as delightful and delicious candy

What does one send to the Lighthouse indeed! At any other time Lily could have suggested reasonably tea, tobacco, newspapers. But this morning everything seemed so extraordinarily queer that a question like Nancy’s—What does one send to the Lighthouse?—opened doors in one’s mind that went banging and swinging to and fro and made one keep asking, in a stupefied gape, What does one send? What does one do? Why is one sitting here, after all? (Woolf)

Raise your glass, John: it's the birthday of Jack Kerouac!

His 30 essentials of spontaneous prose:

1.
Scribbled secret notebooks, and wild typewritten pages, for yr own joy
2.
Submissive to everything, open, listening
3.
Try never get drunk outside yr own house
4.
Be in love with yr life
5.
Something that you feel will find its own form
6.
Be crazy dumbsaint of the mind
7.
Blow as deep as you want to blow
8.
Write what you want bottomless from bottom of the mind
9.
The unspeakable visions of the individual
10.
No time for poetry but exactly what is
11.
Visionary tics shivering in the chest
12.
In tranced fixation dreaming upon object before you
13.
Remove literary, grammatical and syntactical inhibition
14.
Like Proust be an old teahead of time
15.
Telling the true story of the world in interior monolog
16.
The jewel center of interest is the eye within the eye
17.
Write in recollection and amazement for yourself
18.
Work from pithy middle eye out, swimming in language sea
19.
Accept loss forever
20.
Believe in the holy contour of life
21.
Struggle to sketch the flow that already exists intact in mind
22.
Don't think of words when you stop but to see picture better
23.
Keep track of every day the date emblazoned in yr morning
24.
No fear or shame in the dignity of yr experience, language & knowledge
25.
Write for the world to read and see yr exact pictures of it
26.
Bookmovie is the movie in words, the visual American form
27.
In praise of Character in the Bleak inhuman Loneliness
28.
Composing wild, undisciplined, pure, coming in from under, crazier the better
29.
You're a Genius all the time

The line breaks are messed up in this comment format, but the words are still there. I just wrote this.

SUICIDE KIDS

After midnight reading Harvey Keitel Harvey
Keitel Harvey Keitel I decided to write this
poem for all the half exposed skeletons dancing
under the Hollywood sign under the
moon under the straw castles we build the bearded boy from
Pittsburgh reciting S.A. Griffin's Apes of Wrath word for
word to a brown-eyed girl at a bus stop while she clicks her heels
three times and a tornado finally takes her to
Worcester Mass where Tuesday is always gone with the
wind and a simple man with a love of Bill Parcells Ronnie Van
Zant and Rimbaud equally let's her take his bed while he takes the
couch he is a scholar and a gentleman in cut off sleaves. Me
and my friends are suicidal over women we have abandonment
issues anger issues we can't get out
of bed we just want
to be loved we just want that one
person that isn't afraid
to dance with us.
