Thank you for sharing your story, I am so happy you were able to benefit from Baby Safe Legislation!

I live in Canada and we don't have any such legislation. In the past four months, since I began keeping track of these things, three Canadian babies have been abandoned inappropriately. One baby died.

I am really happy to discover your story, and how Safe Havens helped you through a very trying time.

Thank you for sharing your story. As a firefighter and a radio DJ, i do my best to get the word out. I hope in some way i may have helped just one kid to make the right choice. I have a 19 month old at home and one on the way. Nothing makes my day of hell turn to heaven as when i get home and hear the non stop babbling of dah dah and some not so understandable jibberish.
It kills me that went thru that alone. as a father to a 13 year old girl, i wish i could have talked with you and held your hand and helped you make the right choice. God bless you kid and all the others just before you left to make choices that even adults have trouble with.

Wow, your story is incredible. Thank you for shareing it. So far this year we have had 2 babies found in the garbage in our area. I wish girls could know there are much better ways to handle this situation.
