Always a pleasure to be in the company of other writers. We've got snow which is rare out here in the lowlands of the Olympic Peninsula rainforest. Keep the ms dry! RJ

Animals--one of my greatest loves. I always have a crop of rescue dogs. You can see two of them on my website (www. fitzgeraldwrites. com).
Thanks for the invite, and best of luck with the novel you're working on!

Thankyou for your Comment, Entire Animal. I'm interested in your thoughts on Thomas Hardy, as he is one of my favourite authors. "The Return of the Native",for example, is the only book I've read that is almost entirely set in the dark. He has a wonderful sense of humour...P

What a strange coincidence. I recently bought a couple of beautiful fox pelts for use in an art project, which also got me thinking about taxidermy, and all of the various issues it stirs up. I'll be sure to look this one up!
