With God, it's not always what you do, but what you are willing to do.
Genesis 22.
2And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.
3And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which God had told him.
4Then on the third day Abraham lifted up his eyes, and saw the place afar off.
5And Abraham said unto his young men, Abide ye here with the ass; and I and the lad will go yonder and worship, and come again to you.
6And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid it upon Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together.
7And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?
8And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.
9And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood.
10And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.
11And the angel of the LORD called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I.
12And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me.
13And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in

Hello Beautiful!
I just wanted to tell you how amazing your Jared was in Kids Church on Sunday! He did amazingly well on the worship team and when he got accused of stealing a sweet, he admitted it and gave it straight back. It doesn't sound like much but A LOT of kids would have point blank denied they'd taken it in the first place. I am SO proud of him and I wanted you to know that he is an amazing kid. Tell him I owe him a choc bar for his honesty.
Hope you are well.
Lots of Love,
Liselle xx

Philippians 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Get Out of Your Mind!
Philippians 2:4-6 (King James Version)
4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. 5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
In the clatter and clanging of our busy lives, sometimes it is difficult to hear the heart of the Father. We think too much, analyze too much and question too much.
Take a deep breath and be still. Get out of "YOUR" mind, so you can hear the Holy Spirit speaking to you.
Much Love, Kathryn

14I am a debtor both to Greeks and to barbarians, both to wise and to unwise. 15So, as much as is in me, I am ready to preach the gospel to you who are in Rome also.
16For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. 17For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” (Romans 1)
The gospel is the good news that Jesus Christ gave His life to pay the penalty for our sins and having died, He was buried in a borrowed tomb and three days later He walked out of that tomb triumphant over death, victorious over the grave, free for all to see a Glorious Savior risen and alive! Because He lives you and i can live with Him forever and for Him today.
Someone sent me this statement this week and it is worth repeating... the Good News is not good news for those who do not receive it in time!
Share the good news with someone today!
May God richly bless you is my prayer and thank you so much fo being my friend.

8Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God, 9who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began, 10but has now been revealed by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel, 11to which I was appointed a preacher, an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles. 12For this reason I also suffer these things; nevertheless I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that Day.
(I Timothy 1)
Whatever you may be facing today, you have one of two choices. You can look up to God or you can look into self. As Christians, much of what we face is to see where we will look to find our deliverance.
Because I am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed unto Him, I want to always look up and my prayer is that you will determine in your heart that you will do the same thing for God's glory and your benefit!
May God richly bless you today is my prayer.

Philippians 4:19 tells us, 19And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. 20Now to our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.
In Psalm 91:11 we read, 11 For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. 12 In their hands they shall bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone.
God promises us that HE will meet our need and He will fight our battles; all He wants us to do is walk with Him and listen to Him and go where He tells us to go and do what He tells us to do.
How much easier could God be? Oh what a wonderful Savior we have!
May God bless you this weekend in a very wonderful way!
