So you will also play at the Budstock Festival? Now I am even more sad that I can't make it there. I was already sad I wouldn't be able to see the Akibas perform! I have done so much travelling this summer that it is absolutely out of the question, I have to limit myself to the Netherlands/Finland/Germany/Poland for the rest of the summer!

I am looking forward to your album - I was about to say: I can't wait, but, no, that's not true. I can wait and I will. Take your time. I guess most of your believers are patient. A month or two doesn't mean that much when you're waiting for an album; it means much more when you're yourself making it. I know something about it - although so far I have just been recording music in Studio Bedroom, just like you before 50 K.

I wish you luck and strength getting everything finished and send a lot of good vibes along.

Hey Ellie, I don't ask much and I don't ask often (ever, actually!) but I have got myself into the top 16 on a website where if I get the most votes by 17th November, I will win £15,000 to record an album with!

It's a one-off, you just need to register at the site and vote only once (unless you love me so much you want to register as multiple identities!) so it should only take a couple of minutes of your time.


The site is at www. slicethepie. com - you need to go to the SHOWCASE and vote for TOZ.


If you can spread the word a bit too, that would be even better. I'm a bit shabby at all this self-promotion, but it is a really good opportunity.


I would suggest any of you who are also artists to give slicethepie a go - it doesn't cost you and you get, if nothing else, a lot of really good unbiased reviews of your music. I have been there about four months now and this is the first time I have got this far. But it's all good.

I was watching a recording of a recent X-Factor TV show today. One of the competitors sang a version of Hallelujah. My immediate thought was that neither that singer nor any of the other contestants had a voice that rivalled yours.

I hope that you and your family are well and that your musical life is moving forwards apace.
