This is Fats-he was starving, and somebody threw him out. He showed up at my door. Eaten with fleas, worms, it made me cry the first time I fed him.  I will never ever forget how hungry he was. Well, he's mine, stays indoors 100% of the time, neutered of course, and 100% healthy and not one single flea on his entire body - not ever!  WHEN YOU ADOPT A HOMELESS ANIMAL-YOU SAVE A LIFE!!!
And this is Mitten. I love Mitten very much. She too was starving. I got her spade and she too stays in the house 100% of the time.

I have some new pics of my Buddy coming up this week on my page- you can see how well he's doing. I adopted him from you NINE YEARS ago in July! Can you believe that?!!?!?!? He's my special little guy-healthy as a horse and 13 years old this year. Thank you so much for all you do every day - you are all amazing people. Frisco wanted me to thank the Westport area branch for taking such good care of him today!! He is already feeling better!! Thanks to all who were so nice to him and seeing him last minute today!!! Hippo will be in monday for his shots to get "prepared" to get his um thingys snipped in a few weeks!!! YAY.....he won't wanna sneak out anymore and make more unwanted kitties!!!!!

Np :) let me know if u ever need volenteers! I worked in a vet clinic for 4 yrs as a tech/ kennels.
Ill be more than happy to help! My family has now grown to 4 dogs and 4 cats because of bringing my work home with me over the years hehe!

I am an owner of a wonderful Yorkie named Mister Bojanges (BoBo for short) and am looking forward to possibly adding a friend for BoBo into our home. Nobody could love be happier about possibly adding another family member to our Yorkie loving home. I am praying for all the poor dogs subjected to the horrors of puppie mills.

First of all I think you are amazing for what you all do. I used to work at the humane society in Springfield. Now I live in Hartville. Please let me know how I can start working here in conjunction with you to get these stray, unwanted and over-bred animals some help.

I will get everything I can possibly get together from myself and others and drop them off.

I actually use to work @ the West Port branch but things like this were too much for me to handle. You all are so amazingly strong minded along with the big heart. I only have the big heart.

I want to come back so bad and work in the clinic. I have a different out look on things now.

For now I will help these little guys any way I'm allowed too.

Hello! I want to THANK YOU ALL for running the emergency shelter up here in Lincoln County for all the animals and people affected by the flood. My boyfriend and I had to drop off our 3 cats and 3 baby kittens when we were forced to leave after the levee broke. It was a big load of my mind knowing my animals were safe.


I want you to know that the little baby kitten that was brought to the trailer while we were up in Winfield (the one who was found in the flood waters in the scrapyard...and the one we put with my nursing mommy) is doing great!!!! He is getting so fat. And he now has his "forever home" as soon as he weans in a couple weeks. We have named him "Lucky", and he truly is.
Thank you all so much and I will continue to praise your efforts and donate monetarily to the best of my ability!
