I mean if you'd like to join the cult go ahead. A PC can do anything a MAC can do, and vice versa minus some stipulations here and there on both ends. All I'm saying is, your PC is fine. I can fix it, and always will be able to. You will have 0% help from me with a MAC "when" it fucks up. Why buy another computer and all the necessary software to switch over when you have no reason to, nor the money?

No one has ever given me a solid real answer why MAC is better than PC, besides that they like it more.

and a reply to Anna's post: I wasn't sure if that was taking a shot at me being a gamer? I don't really consider myself one, and gaming didn't cross my mind when i wrote my original post.

Sorry to be the devil's advocate but... if you can't figure out something on a MacBook then you are probably thinking too much. If a Mac fucks up then you probably suck at life. What software do you use that isn't Mac compatible? Photoshop, Microsoft Office, FireFox, iTunes... Unless you are a gamer that shouldn't be a problem at all and you aren't a gamer. Photo Booth gets boring after about ten minutes but it is great when you don't have a mirror. I've never met a 'computer person' (NOT A GAMER) who would prefer a PC to a Mac, that is completely preposterous. Macs are better in every way.

if you get a mac. I WILL break up with you. No questions asked. It's a horrible idea, not because I love PC's, but because A.) You don't know how one works. B.) You'll have to start over with every bit of software you owned. C.) When something goes wrong and it won't boot up. There is a 0% chance that I'll be able to fix it. With a PC it's near 100%. D.) You'll make stupid pictures with the little MAC picture thing. E.) You have absolutely no reason to get a MAC over a PC. F.) Yours is fine G.) The only thing going for MAC is peer pressure from other MAC users saying it's great. H.) I've never personally met a "computer person" who used a MAC. I.) I don't care if "it just works", PC's do too. J.) Yes Mac's get virus's just as much as any other computer.

Uugghhhh. If you get a MAC, I'm going to be so pissed.
