While Ekron is slowly using the last of its precious fossil fuel and limited food supply UNA is using their technology to make battery operated vehicles, eliminating the need for oil and thus cutting themselves off from Ekron entirely. This plan will ensure the UNA power in the New World Order. The old Ekron Generals and Leaders are dying off or losing power, and new Generals are being elected or promoted in their place. The new leader of the Ekron force has a different view on the war and wants the peace and promises that were not guaranteed with their success in the last war. He is hoping to barter with the UNA to be a part of their new green technology movement and more importantly, to be able to take food for his starving people. But the UNA is not as it was. The new Leader is corrupted and greedy, having found the source of the new green technology he feels the need to keep it to himself and his country. Also, feeling the embarrassment of their loss ten years ago, he is exacting his revenge on Ekron
