The process is working...this is an amazing (if not sometimes frustrating) journey. But as Rhonda Byrne says, "The matrix of the Universe knows only perfect timing". I'm also learning not to label events as "good" or "bad". Some recent so called "bad" events have actually provided insight into how I currently think and, more importantly, what I need to do for change. I'm so grateful to be where I am...now. Thanks.

I especially liked how each one had a purpose - to clear old negative stuff, or to energize you for a long night, or to awaken the child playing inside of you, etc...
