Hey I feel terrible that is depressing people actually asked about me did any campers really remember me? Well I came back from some traveling errons I'll be here in the states for the next month or so working on a new company I will be openning. So I am pretty excited about that. I'll be leaving for europe in auguest for another month, but right now focusing on my sister she is not doing well are you going up to the montlurey place next summer or later this summer let me know so I can send you a package. I am going to be sending the admit building a box of drugs the legal walgreens kind for all those counselors with sore headachey feeling sick everywhere needs did they need any thing that you heard of up there I'll send it let me know chris well keep my sister in your prayers write back homie peace

Things are busy. At this point I am a FULL-TIME husband, father, manager at a health club, director of a non-profit ministry and student. Other than that, I have plenty of time on my hands. 2 full-time jobs; a full-time student; not to mention my role(s) in my family...all is well. And you?

Oh so sorry to hear about getting sick. I finally am starting to get over my sickness, but when I went to work yesterday it was bad everyone that had to work, but was sick had to wear a mask it was like a bunch of zombies spreading around a biohazard horror film so I just did my work and avoided the breakrooms and everyone else hehe. Well I drank tons of mirowaved sugarfree apple juice and lots of vanialla tea and flinstone immunity support kids vitamins and chicken broth and alot of garlic toast I love garlic toast, when I am sick. Well Read my blog called Do you feel sick???????? on my page. You might find something in there that might help. Hope you get some rest this week and have a merry christmas and peace and god bless
