I suck at that game. So in honor of the amount of time I've spent on the road visiting my son at the hospital (who is on the road to recovery and may come home in a few days), I share this comedy. It was SO ME...and some parts were funny as hell...the way you worded things. I feel the book sends a positive message and one I def need in my life right now. Took it to work and I have some married friends that have bought it, so hey, I'm starting a trend among singletons and marrieds alike in Roanoke, VA. Ahhh, the things we poets do. Can't wait to read your book. I've always been a late bloomer and (dare I say it?) as a writer, that's been one thing that's helped me tremendously. I've also been surprised to learn how many people also say they are late bloomers-- for a long while there (say 1989-2005, haha) I thought I was the only one. :) Now I know (well, most days) that it's not just me. ;-) Best, Melanie (Writergal76)
