When I saw you play last month here in Arcata, I was of course in awe of your music, but I think what I appreciated the most was your warm smile, which cheered me up at the end of a very rough day :)

Probe the day, each day, for
Opportunity or disappointment, is it
Endless change or constant stasis?
Total the breaths, the sighs, if you can
Retrace smiles and laughter, frowns and tears;
Your conclusion, a life or a poem?

Have a great weekend

Magic that touches all
throughout the ages,

May I presume to bung a plug for what promises to be the gig of the year, or any other year for that matter, on your comments please?

It is the men known as THE UKRANIANS with comedic support from The Hull Blokes and some danceable ditties from Lynne Scratch Perry.

Its this Friday April 3rd at the Shire Hall at Howden.

“A new musical form might just have been born – Cossack thrash!”
fRoots

“A competition between the band and the audience as to who’s having the most fun”
Uncut

“Going to a Ukrainians concert is like attending the mother of all parties”
Q

“Intoxicating as ice-cold vodka knocked back in one!”
MOJO

For more details , tickets, biog etc, please check out the Howden Live link on me myspace

Cheers,

Mark.

Hi from Indianola, MS, home of BB King and the new $16M BB King Blues Museum! BB King Homecoming is Friday, June 5th and it's going to be a very special one. BB has recently purchased the famous Club Ebony (where Keb Mo' showed up for the Sunday Evening Jam last week!) and will be playing there after his Concert in the Park. It is incredible to see the King of the Blues work at such close range.

Check out our page and come see us when you visit!
