Im a Red Sox fan so it will be tough seeing you in a Yankee uniform. But as a baseball fan, you gotta admire the opportunity that you've been given. If the Sox or Yankees want you on thier team, you are the best of the best!! Good luck my friend!

Curtis, man when I heard you got traded away my heart sunk. But I'm glad you are moving on to bigger and better things. No prospect can replace you and what you've done for that ball club. dirtee curt in pinstripes? ARRRRRRGH!!!!! man, when i heard about that trade it ruined my whole day. i hear we got some good prospects in return but man... you, verlander, and polanco were my fav 3 tigers... and now polanco is gone, too. dude, i really think you can be a superstar. now that you'll be hittin in that lineup, be more patient at the plate. don't try to pull the ball all the time just becuz the yankees right field resembles a little league ball park. you are still my fav tiger, i'm hopin one day will see you rockin the olde english D again. peace and prosperity.

I'm really sad that you had to leave us here in Motown. But you need a World title man, you deserve it. Truthfully I'm a die heat member of the Tigers community and Red Sox Nation, but you with the Yankees definatly gives you a spot in the postseason at the minimum. I don't even think the Tigers stand a chance b/c they have already lost you, Placido Polanco, and Brandon Lyon. Please do me a favor Curtis, GO OUT THERE IN 2010 AND GET A WS RING!!! yankee or not, you are still one of my favorite players ever. Good luck in 2010
