As commercial radio stations across the country continue to recycle the same handful of played out songs week after week, a new bill in Congress is giving musicians and their fans some hope for the future. The Local Community Radio Act would authorize the FCC to put more local radio stations – known as “low power FM” (LPFM) – on the air.
