Anyway, you might respect this kind of training. My boy Troy Polamalu from the Steelers does this program in the offseason. It is all about correcting balance and using different muscles in your body than most regular strength training programs.

Thank god for your Giants. I couldn't have dealt with all the New England ass kissing for another year if they would have won. The only thing that would have been better is if LT was still playing and calling people "silly little bitches." I suppose there is always Strahan's gappy teeth though, those are pretty awesome.

Mark 12:29-34 are my favorite verses in the bible. It should be the foundation of Christianity....alas, it is not. Christians are still bigots and homophobes all over the world.
