A new tenant moves in--their only crime is not being Jack Dylan. Jack Dylan belongs in New York; Montreal is a lovely place, could be a perfect place, but too small. Jack Dylan chafes at the provincial confines of Montreal; we know it, we know it. New York is big, it can chew you up, it can punch you in the face till you're stupid, it can kill you; Jack Dylan knows this. And so New York waits for Jack Dylan, and 675 Grand Street suffers (too strong a word, 'cuz she's pretty nice) through a tenant who is Not-Jack-Dylan, and waits for the time when the Best of Montreal and the Best of New York can coalesce into a Best Of the Best, at which point the world can end. Happily.

VERY CHEAP breakfast burrito. the insides are all classic painted black and white with couches and cozy when it is rainy out. you would like to draw on one of the armchairs with the lamps beside. they're almost always empty. xox!
