The cookout will be held in the parking lot at Oasis Cafe in Havelock. If you are travelling on HWY 70 West Oasis is located in the East Plaza Shopping Center. After you pass through the stop light at Bojangles go to the third entrance where Strictly Rentals is located and turn right. Oasis is on your right. We will purchase the hamburgers, hot dogs along with all the condiments, chips, and desserts. We ask that everyone make a minimum donation of $3.00 to help us cover the cost of the event. This is a family friendly event so feel free to bring your kids. After we eat we will crank up the music and get the party started. The sing off between the youth (12-19) and the 20-30 something crowd is for fun and bragging rights only. Anyone can participate. We will have a great time. Invite and bring your friends! If you have any questions or need better directions reply to this bulletin. We hope to see you there!
